Old-school pixel Super Mario Bros. by Nintendo is in the browser now! Start a Mario story and call your best friend along. You’ll take a long journey through eight big locations, all to rescue kidnapped Princess Peach from worries of the grim dungeon.

On the way to the castle, you’ll meet walking mushrooms and riding turtles, explore the underwater, and dodge flying fish on the sky-high platforms. A guard awaits you in each castle: the spiky dragon Bowser, who gets stronger and smarter with each encounter.

You have three lives, so watch yourself or—mamma mia!—play all levels again! However, you can hack the system by eating power-up mushrooms and catching a rainbow starlet of immunity. You won’t find any shops here, only gorgeous gameplay and history that continues still.
