The Sims 4 Baby adopting got some curious updates. You can optionally disable fertility of your character, and you need another algorithm to get a strawberry girl or a carrot boy. But the length of pregnancy has not changed for player’s convenience.

A reward, an excellent mood, and a fertility massage will help your mother give birth to triplets. Alternatively, you can adopt a kid without labor. In either case, you’ll grow the family inheritor with their own life goals or continue the pathway of parents.
